Radiology Associates of Northern Kentucky is a 37-physician practice founded in 1949. The practice provides professional radiology services in the Greater Cincinnati market primarily in Kenton, Campbell, and Boone counties in KY.

Recruitment priorities are breast and both swing and overnight ED imaging (the latter can be 100% remote).

The work environment at Radiology Associates includes:

• A typical combination of on-site and work-from-home / remote shifts.
• A strong team of physician assistants that handle coverage of fluoroscopy as well as light IR procedures such as paracentesis and thoracentesis at all 4 of our major hospitals.
• SECTRA PACS with Powerscribe VR.
• Use of both RadAI and AIDOC to help with efficiency.

Radiology Associates is flexible and willing to consider all employment models that would work for you, including full-time, part-time, and 100% remote.

• 11 weeks of vacation plus an average 4.5-day work week.
• Several internal moonlighting options to increase income if desired. Many radiologists earn six figures in additional income annually.
• No obligation to work holidays or nights, unless desired.
• Competitive salary with average total compensation above the MGMA 75th percentile for independent radiologists. Volunteer work can result in compensation above the 90th percentile.
• Retirement benefits at the federal limit allowed ($70,000 in 2025)
