MRA is a well-respected, subspecialized practice of 60 radiologists and growing. Established in 1917, we are the oldest radiology practice in North Carolina. MRA is an independent, 100% physician-owned radiology practice that is fiercely independent. We take pride in our group culture where partnership-tracks are supported and treated fairly (for example, first-year associates carry an equal call burden to partners, including our group’s president.)

MRA has long-term, stable relationships with multiple medical partners, covering 8 hospitals and 16 imaging centers in the Charlotte metropolitan area. Charlotte is one of the fastest growing cities in the country and our practice is expanding to keep up with an accelerated growth trajectory. Partnership track:

• 3-year partnership track with 8 weeks of vacation per year
• $400K starting salary and an additional $75K sign-on bonus ($125K with 2+ years of experience)
• On-site daytime hospital and imaging center coverage. Hybrid evening and weekend call coverage, including the option to read from home.
