Vantage Radiology and Diagnostic Services is a physician-owned private practice based minutes from Seattle. We are a progressive group of approximately 35 sub-specialized radiologists who have provided professional services for two hospitals since 1970 and are co-owners of their affiliated imaging centers.

We offer a competitive salary ($390-570k) with a signing bonus, a 4-day work week (for full-time radiologists), 8 weeks of vacation, CME allowance, memberships to professional societies, profit-sharing, malpractice and disability insurance, 401K contributions, and a commitment to associate mentorship.

All partners and partner-track associates share in general call responsibilities (of which certain day, evening, and weekend shifts may be staffed from a remote home workstation, provided by the practice with full IT support).  Night call after midnight is covered by our internal nighthawk team.

MSK:
  • Board-certified/board-eligible radiologist with fellowship-level training in musculoskeletal imaging for a full-time or ¾-time partnership track position.
  • Caseload consists of multimodality imaging (CT, MR and limited ultrasound) of joints and spine as well as CT- and fluoroscopic-guided diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
  • Physician assistant support staff perform minor procedures to include arthrograms, LPs, and joint aspirations.
  • The position is available due to expanding work volume and in anticipation of retirements.
  • No breast imaging or IR requirements
Body:
  • Board-certified/board-eligible radiologist with fellowship training in abdominal imaging for a full-time or ¾-time partnership track position.
  • Caseload consists of a mix of abdominal imaging to include body MRI and multiphase CT as well as general radiology.
  • The position is available due to expanding work volume and in anticipation of retirements.
  • No breast imaging or IR requirements
Breast:
  • Approximately 75% breast imaging and 25% general radiology.
  • Qualified candidates must be skilled in all breast imaging studies and procedures including screening and diagnostic mammography, ultrasound, MRI, and needle/Savi Scout localization and biopsy.
  • Participation in weekly breast tumor conference.
  • No IR requirements
