Regional Radiology Group

Regional Radiology Group, LLC is a private practice with 25+ radiologists in two divisions centered in Covington/New Orleans, LA and Lafayette, LA. We serve inpatient hospitals and outpatient facilities.

Position Summary

• Full-time partnership track and independent contractor positions available.
• Most weekday shifts are 8a-5p. Afternoon shifts are 10a-7p. Late evening/overnights are covered by a nighthawk service that provides preliminary reads.
• Full-time weekend call is 18 shifts/year.
• Ample time off, lifestyle-oriented group.
• Interventional work covered by fellowship-trained IR physicians. Light procedural work only at several rural locations. All subspecialties encouraged to apply.

Compensation

• Potential for moving allowances, sign-on bonuses, and early stipend during training.
• 1 to 2-year partner tracked based on experience.
• Extensive internal moonlighting program.
• Malpractice insurance.
• All negotiable.

• New Orleans provides an international airport, professional football and basketball franchises, vibrant culture and history, and many outdoor activities including offshore fishing, parks, golf, museums, and world-class dining.
• Covington, LA is 25 miles from New Orleans and offers low-cost living, safe, family-friendly neighborhoods, and a charming downtown area with numerous art galleries and dining establishments. Great public and private school options and laid-back small-town living.
• Lafayette, LA is a college town with a rich Acadian heritage. Excellent food, cajun culture, and great school options. Lafayette Airport is a regional hub for Delta, American, and United.
