Live and work where others vacation! Our stable and thriving physician-owned group of 11 radiologists is seeking a highly motivated, fellowship trained radiologist. Our practice consists of fellowship-trained radiologists performing general radiology with an increasing percentage of subspecialty reads and IR procedures. Multiple stable inpatient and outpatient hospital contracts and imaging centers are covered by our group that boasts over 40 years of stability with low turnover. Candidates should be comfortable with interpreting most modalities of diagnostic imaging efficiently and accurately, as well as performing basic interventional procedures. You don’t have to share your earnings with venture capitalists or anyone other than your equal partners.

Location:
Just 20 minutes from Lake Tahoe, our area is the hidden gem of the Sierras (think Denver or Salt Lake 30 years ago) with over 250 days of sunshine per year and no state income tax. Endless outdoor opportunities including hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing, and 10 minutes to epic skiing and 14 ski resorts within an hour’s drive. International airport 30 minutes away in nearby Reno, which was recently voted “One of the 12 Best Places to Live” by Outside Magazine.

Compensation/Benefits/Vacation/Schedule:
Ultra-Competitive salary and profit sharing annually in the top 1%. There is no buy-in and equal shareholder track with all partners equal. We provide paid vacations (12-18 weeks), a generous medical plan for physicians and family, and a $6,000 annual CME allowance. There is also a 401k, defined benefit retirement plan, and company-paid medical malpractice and disability insurance. Group-owned imaging center ownership opportunities available.

The company provides Nighthawk coverage 9:00 pm to 7:00 am every day, 24-hour subspecialty backup, and established infrastructure with dedicated IT and secretarial support 24/7. Call and time off are shared equally with 100-150 exams typically per shift in both inpatient (https://www.carsontahoe.com) and outpatient settings.

Other opportunities include practice-owned imaging centers, moonlighting opportunities, and investments in lucrative outside ventures associated with the group.

Currently seeking:

• Full-time fellowship-trained radiologist in neuro, MSK, or body
• Part-time fellowship-trained radiologist for teleradiology Friday-Sunday, 3-4 hours per day, starting at 2 pm or 3 pm.
