Radiologists, PA

Radiologists P.A. is an independent, collegial, physician-owned group of 13 radiologists in western Arkansas. The group has had a longstanding relationship with the hospital for over 60 years. The practice includes a 360-bed level 3 hospital, 4 smaller satellite hospitals, an orthopedic hospital, and a large multispecialty clinic. We also own an imaging center.

We are currently recruiting for multiple openings including a remote swing shift, full-time remote, and full-time on-site partnership positions. We have an on-site PA who does most of all the smaller procedures including LPs, myelograms, thora/para, arthrography, joint injections, US-guided biopsy, and fluoro etc.

Remote Swing

• 7 days on, 14 days off
• Shifts (CST)
  • Mon-Fri: 5p-1a
  • Sat-Sun 3p-11p
  • (Plans to change all times to 3-11pm in the near future)
• 50$/RVU (~$550K+) with a minimum of $4,000 per shift
• Malpractice, workstation, and health insurance provided.
• Workload: Average 90-100 RVU per shift, general ER work including occasional MRI (mostly brain/spine with rare osteo foot)
• Only experienced radiologists considered
• Optional additional work during off time on a per RVU basis

Full-Time Remote

• Seeking an experienced fellowship-trained radiologist, preferably MSK, but will consider body imaging/MRI
• 13 weeks vacation, $700-750K, M-F with equally split weekend call shifts Sat-Sun 7a-3p.
• Excellent retirement plan allowing pretax savings of $200K+ based on age
• Will consider a new grad with compensation based on productivity and a base salary until productivity allows for the above compensation.

On-site Partnership

• Seeking a fellowship-trained radiologist, preferably MSK, but will consider Body imaging/MRI
• For new graduates:
  • Base salary + productivity for the first two years.
  • Partnership at 2 years
  • With experience and high-volume production:
    • $850K+ with immediate financial parity and partnership at 1 year
• 13 weeks vacation
• Excellent retirement plan allowing pre-tax savings of $200K+ based on age
