Advanced Radiology, P.A. is the premier subspecialized, independent private radiology practice in the Mid-Atlantic region. Formed by seven long-standing local radiology practices in 1995 and with 103 radiologists and 6 APPs, our practice provides professional imaging services at thirty-two imaging centers and five hospitals situated in five Maryland counties: Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Harford, and Howard. • Since 1997 through a geographically exclusive, long-term radiology services partnership with our business partner RadNet, we provide professional imaging services at thirty-two imaging centers and growing.
• Join a practice where you are an equal equity owner of the professional imaging services without the costs and risks of owning the technical business. There are no buy-in costs of partnership.

• Our proprietary workflow distribution model equitably balances volumes across all imaging center assignments. Physician handlers in the centers and off-site radiologist support team make for an extremely efficient workday.
• Partnership track and employee positions are available.
• The practice has been structured for the majority of assigned cases to be within radiologist’s subspecialty areas of interest, but all radiologists will read some general radiology as well.

Partnership Track:

• Highly competitive compensation package for the region
• Hybrid with mix of on-site and remote assignments
• 3-year partnership track
• Year-1 compensation: $400,000-$435,000, depending on experience, as well as a signing bonus. Years 2 & 3 compensation is set at a high percentage of partners’ compensation package.
• Additional benefits: 401(K), profit sharing plan, defined benefit plan, top-tier self-insured health plan with no premiums
• 14 weeks off for partners, combination of vacation weeks and individual days off. Partnership track is 12 weeks in year 1 and 13 weeks in years 2 & 3.
• Minimal evening and weekend assignments
• Overnight coverage by our own after-hours team
• Available internal moonlighting opportunities
