IntelliRad Imaging

IntelliRad Imaging is a mid-sized hospital-based radiology practice in southeast Florida. We currently have about 35 radiologists, 4 dedicated neurointerventionalists, 13 NPs, clinic staff, and an executive team. We service 5 hospitals within the Broward and Miami-Dade Counties and have growth plans to acquire new hospital contracts within the state of Florida. We service four stroke centers, two of which are also trauma centers.

We utilize an uncommon method of employing physicians that allows us to marry the benefits of W2 employment with 1099 contract work: a K1 non-equity partnership position for employed physicians as well as partnership-track physicians. The K1 partnership allows for all physicians to contribute to our cash balance (pension) retirement plan, up to the IRS limits based on age (e.g. a 40-year-old may contribute up to $130k pre-tax each year to their cash balance plan).

We’re Hiring:

• Hiring across all specialties, with a current emphasis on MSK and Cardiac
• Remote diagnostic imagers (any specialty)
  • 7 on, 7 off for daytime, evening, or overnight
  • 7 on, 14 off for daytime, evening, or overnight
  • Full-time remote (10 weeks of vacation)
  • Remote breast imaging (part-time or full-time)
• Diagnostic imagers (any subspecialty: hybrid on-site & remote)
• Breast imagers: hybrid (on-site & remote)
• Interventional radiologists: hybrid (on-site IR & remote DR shifts)
