We are a well-established growing outpatient private practice in sunny San Diego seeking radiologists to join our growing collegial practice with both employee and partnership opportunities available!

POSITION:

• General diagnostic radiology plus your subspecialty skill set.
• Hybrid of working on-site and from home
• Partnership track (1-3 years depending on level of experience)
• All outpatient imaging! No inpatient or ER cases.
• Typical outpatient casemix includes US, XR, CT, MR, and DEXA. Cases are assigned and distributed equally among all working radiologists. Certain subspecialty cases may be assigned depending on fellowship training.
• Work weeks are Monday to Friday, 8-5 PM
• Occasional swing shifts from 4-10 PM
• Weekend call is every 5th week, covering the outpatient imaging performed over the weekend.
• Additional internal moonlighting possibilities are available for added income, if desired.
• MERGE PACS system with MModal Fluency and RadAI Omni for imaging reporting.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Generous associate salary ($450-700k)
• Starting at 8-9 weeks of vacation
