Pueblo Radiology Associates

Pueblo Radiology is a medium-sized, physician-owned radiology practice serving the beautiful Central Coast of California, currently seeking a board-certified or board-eligible radiologist with subspecialty fellowship training. All diagnostic subspecialties are encouraged to apply. Our primary need is for physicians willing to work on-site at our hospitals and imaging centers, but teleradiologists are also welcome to apply.

Our practice provides professional radiology services to six hospitals, two breast imaging centers, and our physician-owned outpatient imaging center in Santa Barbara. We deliver high-quality, subspecialized interpretations across the practice and pride ourselves on our long-standing relationships with our partner hospitals.

Position Highlights:

• Work Environment: Collaborate in a supportive team atmosphere with evenly distributed coverage across our clinical sites.
• Technology: InteliPACS, InteleOrchestrator (formerly Clario) and Fluency.
• Call Schedule: Overnight radiology coverage is provided by our subcontracted teleradiology partnership seven nights per week. Group radiologists equitably share weekend and evening shifts to ensure equitable workload distribution.
• Work-Life Balance: Group culture is to optimize work life balance. We also offer per diem and part time employment models for appropriate candidates.

Partnership and Compensation:

• Associate compensation of $425k per year.
• Radiologists with work experience are eligible for partnership after one year.
• Radiologists directly out of training are eligible for partnership after two years.
• Additional opportunities for equity participation in other affiliated entities, including an outpatient imaging center and medical legal expert business.
• Recent historic partner compensation of $800k and up with 10-14 weeks off.
