12 weeks vacation (or more if you want a part-time schedule.) No call, no weekends, no holidays, no late shifts–finish at 5pm daily.

One year to equal partner with income based on days worked.

Outstanding hospital contracts with high $/RVU reimbursement. Low-stress hospitals with great equipment and helpful staff.

Prefer applicants who want to be a local, full-time partner, but the group will consider applicants for a 95% remote position.
