Long-established, equitable, northern Minnesota 7 physician private group seeks a new associate to facilitate growth. Service locations include Grand Rapids, Hibbing, Duluth, and Cloquet as well as Devils Lake, North Dakota.

12 weeks vacation (or more if you want a part-time schedule.) No call, no weekends, no holidays, no late shifts.

One year to equal partner with income based on days worked.

$500,000 starting associate salary with a $50,000 signing bonus.

Excellent contracts with high $/RVU reimbursement. Low-stress hospitals with great equipment and helpful staff.

Prefer applicants who want to be a local full-time equal partner, but the group is considering a highly qualified, mostly remote, hybrid position.
