• 12 weeks vacation (or more if you want a part-time schedule.) No call, no weekends, no holidays, no late shifts.
• One year to equal partner with income based on days worked.
• Negotiable associate salary. Full-time partner salaries are projected to exceed $1 mil in 2025.
• Excellent contracts with high $/RVU reimbursement. Low-stress hospitals with great equipment and helpful staff.
• Strongly prefer applicants who will consider relocating and joining as a local full-time equal partner.
