100% physician-owned private practice seeking an ABR board-certified/board-eligible general radiologist to join our collaborative team committed to excellence in patient care for central WI. Preference for training/expertise in IR including vascular imaging or breast imaging.

We have a multi-decade track record of providing high-quality local radiology services, leading to strong relationships with our referring surgeons, oncologists, and critical care providers. On-site coverage is limited to a single location, and we read remotely for some sites in Michigan as well.

Partnership Track:

• 2-year track
• 12/14 weeks vacation during workup. Much more once partner

  • $350k year 1
  • $$650k year 2
  • $$$+ as a partner

Work-Life:

• First and foremost, general radiology (CT, Xrays, Basic MRI, US)
• Rotate through sections that align with your specialty (e.g. IR, Mammo, High-end MRI)
• Diagnostic Call split between partners evenly
• Dedicated IR call is split between IR-trained physicians
• All-in avg RVU per weekday workday ~50 per partner
• IR and/or Mammo skills a plus but not a requirement

Remote Swing Shift Employee:

• Shifts:
  • 7 on/7 off or 7 on/14 off
  • Shift: 10a – 6p CST
  • Weekdays: partners on the list until 4-5pm, then 2 telerads until 6
  • Weekends: solo with partner backup on call
• Comp:
  • $60/RVU weekdays and $70/RVU weekend
  • W2 also available with similar benefits to the above other than the Defined Benefit plan.
• Minimum RVU expectations:
  • Weekday 5-6/hr
  • Weekend 6-7/hr
