Radiologic Associates of Middletown (RAM Radiology) is a 100% radiologist-owned private and independent radiology practice currently looking for a women’s imager.  We have no interest in joining a VC-owned radiology group; we are independent, we service an independent hospital, and we are staying independent.

RAM has provided professional imaging services for Middlesex Health for over 60 years. In addition, RAM owns and operates Guilford Radiology and Madison Radiology, full-service outpatient imaging centers on the CT shoreline, and Middletown Vein and Aesthetics (MVAC), a clinic performing minimally invasive outpatient treatment for veins as well as refined aesthetic and laser treatments (5 hospital locations and our 3 private practice locations).

RAM is in a desirable part of Connecticut and is an affable and dynamic practice that is partner-run where every partner has a voice.

Position Details:

• No weekends, evenings, or call
• 1-year partner track and no out-of-pocket partnership buy-in
• Sign-on bonus and generous benefits
• Various employment models with bonuses also available.
• Can work at our hospital partner’s outpatient center and our privately owned and operated outpatient imaging centers on the shoreline with a variety of onsite and at-home teleradiology shifts.

Our practice utilizes Hologic 3D Tomosynthesis mammography, ultrasound, and MRI. We perform the full range of image-guided procedures and interventions, including ultrasound, MRI, Tomosynthesis, and will be adding stereotactic-guided biopsies and localizations. Our state-of-the-art biopsy capabilities will include both prone and upright Hologic Affirm Tomosynthesis/Stereotactic units.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have completed a fellowship in Breast Imaging or have equivalent experience. Excellent clinical skills and procedural proficiency are a prerequisite in this high-volume department. The successful candidate must also have outstanding interpersonal skills.
