Salem Radiology Consultants

SRC is a growing 100% radiologist-owned private practice in the beautiful Willamette Valley of Oregon with zero private-equity or corporate medicine ownership. Established in 1973, we have deep ties to our local community and providers while also extending our services to the broader Pacific Northwest market. We serve a variety of facilities, including an independent outpatient imaging center, regional hospitals, and two large multi-specialty clinics.

We are recruiting for board-certified or board-eligible radiologists with a preference for fellowship training in Body, MSK, Cardiothoracic, Neuroradiology, or Women’s Imaging. This is a 1-year partnership track position (1099/W2 options also available). We’ve designed our practice such that each radiologist reads a substantial portion of their subspecialty while still enjoying some general radiology for skill maintenance, variety, and remote rotations.

• $400,000 associate base salary.
• $50,000 signing bonus (including relocation stipend).
• 20 weeks vacation (12 weeks plus post-call days off for associates).
• Annual professional expense fund of $24,000 ($15,000 as an associate).
• Internal moonlighting opportunities for associates and partners with participating partners earning greater than 90th percentile income.
• Profit-sharing to reach 401K annual contribution limit each year.
• Company-owned home at the beautiful Black Butte Ranch with equal rights to use from day 1.
• Robust physician assistant program, currently with 6 full-time PAs.
• Robust clerical support with assistants dedicated to the busywork so you can focus on patient care.
• Home workstation provided for multiple home/remote rotations including 24/7 local IT support. On-site/hybrid rads work 30-50% from home.
• Internal HIPAA-compliant communication within PACs.
• Comprehensive benefits package and malpractice insurance.
• Oregon medical licensure, DEA fees, hospital member fees, ACR membership, and two additional memberships paid by SRC for associates.
