A 6-person lifestyle-focused collegial private practice radiology group in Fresno, California, looking for nice patient-focused diagnostic radiologists to join the group. We pride ourselves on being nice, extremely fair, and going out of our way to do not just what’s right for patients but also for each other in the group.

We have a focus on quality with only the end-of-the-year bonus having a productivity component. In short, you will be appreciated.

The low-down:

• 100% outpatient practice with no nights, no weekends, no call.
• Able to design own work/life balance including compensation and time off. Typical initial salary ranges from $348,500 (10 weeks off) to $399,500 (4 weeks), but any combination of salary/PTO can be calculated.
• Independent Private Practice with NO private equity affiliation (although uniquely supported by, but independent of, a large subspecialized multistate radiology group).
• Partnership in 1 year if desired but employees equally valued; you will be treated as a full member of the team from day 1.
• Ability to subspecialize with particular needs for body imagers, women’s imagers, and neuroradiologists.
• Opportunities to moonlight.

• On-site work is most needed but will consider hybrid or off-site radiologists.
• Live in the largest city in Central California with a small-town feel but all the amenities of a major city.
• Easy access to mountains and lakes including 3 National Parks for outdoor enthusiasts and within 3 hours of Los Angeles, San Francisco, and the California coast.
