• Partner compensation $800k+
• Starting salary 75% of partner, 1 year to partnership
• Equal number of shifts and PTO from day 1
• Onsite and remote shifts

Fully remote FTE:

• Compensation 75% of partner. $600k+ total compensation.
• Equal number of shifts and PTO from day 1
• Benefits eligible

Fully remote swing shift:

• 7on/14 off
• 3pm-11pm
• Total compensation $440k, employee or 1099 option
