Southern Radiology Consultants is a traditional, independent, democratic and equitable long-standing private practice based in Baton Rouge, LA. We have 27 onsite and offsite radiologists and are looking to add both onsite and offsite radiologists for partnership track positions due to retirements and company growth. We are committed to maintaining independence and a great work/life balance. We are a collegial and supportive group that enjoys working together and providing excellent care to our community. Primary need is Body Imaging although all sub-specialties will be considered!

Daytime Worklife:

• Typical 8-5 daily schedule with onsite and occasional remote assignments
• Read within your specialty at least 50%
• Rotating holiday coverage and holiday vacation week
• At least 12 weeks vacation per year
• Approximately 7 daytime weekends per year
• NO required diagnostic call after 5pm
• Active group use of Qgenda allows for easy swapping of shifts as well as buying/selling shifts
• Opportunity to be involved with local medical school branch campus if desired
• Strong in-house IT.
• Intelerad PACS with RadAI Reporting

Remote evening swing shift 7 on/7 off or 7/14:

• Alternating weeks of 2p-10p and 4p-12am CST
• $550k base salary plus production bonuses for 7 on, 7 off. Option for 7 on, 14 off.
• Join a group of 6 other remote radiologists allowing for further schedule flexibility as well as guaranteed holidays off.
