TIIA is a growing independent practice currently providing 24/7 coverage for multiple hospitals across the tri-state area which encompasses Tennessee, North Carolina, and Georgia. The Tennessee Hospital is the largest health system in the area, the main hub of which is an 813-acute care bed teaching hospital, home to a level I trauma center and regional stroke center.

Remote Midshift or Hybrid Mid/Day Shift:

• 7 on/7 off (remote or onsite)
• Can either work strictly mid-shift (5p-1a EST M-F; 2p-12a EST S-S) or alternating work weeks of mid-shift (same as above) and day shifts (8a-5p EST M-F; 7a-3p EST S-S). Pay commensurate with desired schedule.
• Base pay depends on shift chosen. Productivity bonus provided; Potential compensation greater than $500,000.
