• ~14 weeks PTO, which can even be taken as individual days, partial weeks, or full weeks, and top quartile compensation and benefits including 401k, HRA, HSA, and optional cash balance plan.
• Holidays/Holiday weekends are 100% optional (staffed via an internal bidding system)
• No overnights (nighthawk in place)
